Meet Ron Stags
Ron Stags is the founder and owner of STL Retaining Wall Install Pros, based in Arnold, Missouri. With years of experience in outdoor construction and landscape improvement, Ron focuses on helping homeowners solve drainage, erosion, and elevation problems with strong, professionally built retaining walls that also improve curb appeal.
In addition to retaining wall construction, Ron is also the founder of St. Louis Sod Install, a company known throughout the St. Louis area for high-quality sod installation and lawn transformation projects. Through both companies, Ron works closely with homeowners to deliver reliable service and long-lasting outdoor solutions.
Outside of business, Ron is also a professional storm chaser who contributes severe weather footage and field reports to several media outlets. His passion for understanding weather systems gives him a unique appreciation for how natural forces impact landscapes across the Midwest.
When he’s not working, Ron enjoys spending time with his family — his fiancée Leah, his 9-year-old stepson Levi, and their cat Scooter.
